We are looking for highly energetic capable persons to join our team in Bukit Raja, Klang and Selangor.

Job Title: IT Consultant - Client Services

Responsibilities:

• To develop new services in collaboration with service or product owners based on business / internal request.
• To ensure all documentations and training materials for support and end users are available.
• Conduct trainings for support consultants and end users located globally
• Initiate improvement plans for Client services in collaboration with service or product owners.

Requirements:

• An IT degree or diploma holder.
• Minimum 4 years of IT experience.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Able to dissect complex issues or ideas and initiate improvement or implementation plan independently.
• Experience in working in multinational company would be an added advantage.
• Experience is programming languages to create support and improvement tools would be an added advantage.
