We are a Government Linked Company (GLC) limited by guarantee. The company is undertaking comprehensive and detailed feasibility studies on the possibility of using other alternative sources of energy to generate electricity in the country. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Malaysians to fill the following positions:

Job Title: Senior Manager /Manager Programme Development

Responsibilities:
  • To monitor closely the progress of work undertaken by international and local consultants
  • To undertake and coordinate the formulation of national policy papers on alternative energy sources power programme
Requirements:
  • A recognised degree in science or engineering, preferably with a Masters degree
  • At least 5 years working experience in a wide range of alternative energy sources related issues

Job Title: Senior Manager / Manager Project Development

Responsibilities:
  • To monitor, coordinate and facilitate a team of international and local consultants undertaking the Feasibility Studies, to ensure that the studies are completed within the stipulated time period and within the agreed cost. Such work will involve close interaction with the consultants, sub-consultants and relevant government agencies such as DOE, DOSH, local authorities etc
  • To review reports and other documents prepared by the consultants to ensure compliance with their contractual obligations
Requirements:
  • A recognized degree in electrical, electrical, mechanical or civil engineering
  • 5 years working experience, with some years in a project environment

Job Title: Senior Manager/ Manager Stakeholder Engagement

Responsibilities:
  • To undertake and coordinate international and national stakeholder relations with relevant organisations and foreign counterparts
  • Support and coordinate key events driven by the company such as awareness programmes, dialogues and etc
  • Create, manage and execute a broad array of communications programming and initiatives such as electronic newsletters, press releases and email and telephone communications
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree preferably in Mass Communications, Public Relation, Marketing, and Business Management with at least 5 years related experience in similar role
  • Good public relation skills and good command of English (verbal and writing)
  • Good project management skills

Job Title: Executive Programme Development

Responsibilities:
  • To monitor closely the progress of work undertaken by international and local consultants and maintain a project management system
  • To assist in the formulation of a Alternative Energy Sources Power Infrastructure Development Plan
  • To prepare progress reports to be submitted to relevant authorities
Requirements:
  • A recognised degree in science or engineering, preferably with a Masters degree
  • 2 to 5 years working experience preferably in alternative energy sources or related issues

Job Title: Executive Project Development

Responsibilities:
  • To monitor closely the progress of the Feasibility Studies
  • To prepare progress report to be submitted to relevant authorities
Requirements:
  • A recognized degree in science, electrical, mechanical or civil engineering
  • 2 to 5 years working experience preferably in alternative energy sources or related issues
  • Knowledge of a project management program would be an advantage

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Support the company on all aspects of administrative duties
  • Control and maintain an efficient filing system for smooth data retrieving
Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM, preferably Diploma holder in any field with 3 years experience in similar role
  • Must be computer literate in MS office

Job Title: Secretary to The CEO

Responsibilities:
  • Handle secretarial duties such as screening telephone calls, enquiries, requests as instructed by the CEO
  • Coordinate and arrange appointments, meeting, functions, travels and reservations
  • Transcribe, edit and type documents such as minutes of meetings, report, executive summaries including in technical and legal areas Manage CEO’s office administrative operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM, preferably Diploma holder in Office Management, Executive Secretaryship or equivalent
  • 3 years experience in similar role preferably secretaries with experience in an international / foreign environment familiar with MS Office especially Outlook
All Positions are Based At Cyberjaya and Shall Be On a Three-Year Contract
